Speed Sculpts


Here are a couple of speed sculpts that I have done recently, the male torso is very much work in progress. I think I will take that one further than just a speed sculpt and do a nice render and refine it a lot more... The above was just a mess around... both were done with dynamesh from a sphere...

Baking Normals

I have managed to retop and unwrap most of the parts of this character so I started baking the normals tonight... I still have a few more things to bake but I'm calling it a night for now. I just can't wait to start texturing this little freak :-)

Goblin creature

Here is something else that I have been working on, well something that I was working on and have come back to. I am working on the low poly now and going to unwrap it so I can bake the normal and AO maps... The concept was done by a talented guy I use to work with... Check out the link...

Here is another work in progress shot of this orc character. The armour is very lord of the rings, all done with dynamesh. I still have to add more details, the sword is just like a blob at the moment I will have to go in and sort that out. I just can't wait to get this high poly finish so I can get on with the texturing!

Here is another concept sketch that I have been working on during my lunch breaks. It isn't finished yet, I need to tighten it up! Don't know when I am going to find the time to do it though as I am working on 3 characters at the same time! I'll just have to squeeze it in somewhere...
